- 電子信箱:用於帳號管理、接收訂單收據及重要通知。
B. 支付款項資料(安全處理)
重要提示:RELAY GO 不會在我們的伺服器上儲存、處理或保留您完整的信用卡號。我們僅會儲存由支付服務商提供的「支付代幣 (Token)」及卡片末四碼,以便您在未來快速支付款項。
- 信用卡資訊:當您新增付款方式時,您的完整信用卡資料(卡號、效期、安全碼)將被直接傳送至我們符合 PCI-DSS 規範的第三方支付服務提供商(例如:Stripe, 綠界, 藍新)。
C. 自動收集的資訊
- 位置資訊:為提供包車服務,我們會在您使用 App 期間(僅限 App 開啟時)收集您的精確地理位置,用於設定上車點、行程規劃、導航及安全確認。
- 交易資訊:您透過本服務的訂單記錄、行程時間、地點、支付金額及服務詳情。
- 裝置與使用資訊:您的裝置型號、作業系統、IP 位址、App 版本及使用日誌,用於優化服務及排除錯誤。
3. 資訊的使用目的
我們收集您的資訊,主要用於以下目的:
A. 訂單資料與服務提供
- 處理您的包車預約及行程安排。
- 將您的上車地點和姓名資訊提供給為您服務的司機。
- 計算車資及費用。
B. 重要聯絡
- 發送帳號驗證碼。
- 發送訂單狀態通知(例如:司機已接單、司機已抵達)。
- 發送行程收據或重要營運公告。
C. 支付款項
- 使用您儲存的支付代幣,向您收取行程費用。

- 法律要求:依據法律、法規、法院命令或政府機關的合法要求。
5. 資料安全與儲存
我們採用業界標準的安全措施(例如 SSL 加密傳輸)來保護您的資料,防止未經授權的存取、竄改或洩露。您的個人資料儲存於受嚴格安全控管的雲端伺服器(例如:Firebase 及 Supabase)。
6. 您的權利
您對您的個人資料擁有多項權利:
- 存取與修改:您可以隨時登入 App,在「個人檔案」頁面查看並修改您的姓名、電話或電子信箱。
- 刪除帳號:您可以透過 App 內的「個人檔案」→「最下面」→「刪除帳號」功能,請求刪除您的 RELAY GO 帳號。刪除帳號後,您的個人資料將在 30 天內從我們的系統中永久移除(法律要求保留的資料除外)。
- 撤回同意:您可以隨時透過手機的系統設定,關閉本 App 的位置資訊存取權限(但這可能導致您無法使用包車服務)。

我們可能隨時修訂本政策。若有重大變更,我們將透過 App 推播通知或您註冊的電子信箱通知您。

Welcome to RELAY GO (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your personal information when you use the RELAY GO App and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Please read and agree to this policy before using the Service.
2. Information We Collect
To provide complete charter booking, payment, and customer service, we require the following mandatory information:
A. Registration and Profile Data
- Name: Used for order creation, driver communication, and identity verification.
- Phone Number: Used for account verification and important order communications (e.g., driver contacting you).
- Email Address: Used for account management, receiving order receipts, and important notifications.
B. Payment Information (Secure Processing)
Important Notice: RELAY GO does not store, process, or retain your complete credit card information on our servers. We only store the "payment token" provided by the payment service provider and the last four digits of your card for future quick payments.
- Credit Card Information: When you add a payment method, your complete credit card data (card number, expiration date, security code) is transmitted directly to our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, ECPay, NewebPay).
C. Automatically Collected Information
- Location Information: To provide charter services, we collect your precise geographic location while you use the App (only when the App is open) for setting pickup points, trip planning, navigation, and safety confirmation.
- Transaction Information: Your order records, trip times, locations, payment amounts, and service details through the Service.
- Device and Usage Information: Your device model, operating system, IP address, App version, and usage logs for service optimization and troubleshooting.
3. Purpose of Information Use
We collect your information primarily for the following purposes:
A. Order Data and Service Provision
- Process your charter bookings and trip arrangements.
- Provide your pickup location and name information to the driver serving you.
- Calculate fares and fees.
B. Important Communications
- Send account verification codes.
- Send order status notifications (e.g., driver accepted, driver arrived).
- Send trip receipts or important operational announcements.
C. Payment Processing
- Use your stored payment token to charge trip fees.
- Process refunds or payment disputes.
D. Security and Customer Service
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud or unauthorized activities.
- Respond to your customer service requests and dispute resolution.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following necessary circumstances:
- Shared with Drivers: To complete your booking, we share your name, pickup location, and destination with the driver who accepts your order. To protect both parties' privacy, we recommend using the App's built-in communication features (chat or masked phone) to contact the driver.
- Payment Service Providers: As mentioned above, to process payments, your information is shared with our payment partners.
- Legal Requirements: In accordance with laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from government agencies.
5. Data Security and Storage
We employ industry-standard security measures (such as SSL encryption) to protect your data from unauthorized access, tampering, or disclosure. Your personal data is stored on strictly secured cloud servers (e.g., Firebase and Supabase).
6. Your Rights
You have multiple rights regarding your personal data:
- Access and Modification: You can log into the App at any time to view and modify your name, phone number, or email address on the "Profile" page.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your RELAY GO account through the App's "Profile" → "Bottom" → "Delete Account" feature. After account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days (except for data required to be retained by law).
- Withdraw Consent: You can disable the App's location access permission through your phone's system settings at any time (but this may prevent you from using charter services).
7. Privacy Policy Changes
We may revise this policy at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via App push notifications or the email address you registered.
