1. Introduction

Welcome to apply to become a RELAY GO driver partner (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your personal information when you register and use the RELAY GO Driver App and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Please read and agree to this policy before registering as a driver partner.

2. Information We Collect

To comply with Taiwan's traffic regulations regarding charter driver qualifications and to provide you with order acceptance and accounting services, we require the following mandatory information:

A. Identity Verification and Legal Qualification Review Data

• Name, ID Number, and ID Image: Used to verify your real identity.
• Professional Driver's License Image: Used to confirm you have legal driving qualifications.
• Police Criminal Record Certificate: As required by regulations, to confirm you meet the no-criminal-record standard for professional drivers.
• No-Accident Record (Driving License History Certificate): Used to confirm your driving safety record.
• Vehicle Information: Vehicle registration, automobile insurance (compulsory insurance and passenger liability insurance) certificates to ensure the vehicle meets operational standards and passenger safety guarantees.
• Affiliated Company Information (if applicable): Including company name and unified business number, used to confirm vehicle ownership and operational legality.

B. Accounting and Contact Information

• Bank Account for Payment: Including bank name, branch code, and account number, used only to transfer your service payments (fares).
• Phone Number: Used for account verification, receiving order notifications, passenger contact, and important platform communications.
• Email Address: Used for account management, receiving accounting reports, and important notifications.
• Address: Used for document delivery and confirming operational areas.

C. Automatically Collected Information (During Platform App Use)

• Precise Geographic Location: We continuously collect your precise geographic location during your online order acceptance period for order dispatch, trip navigation, fee calculation, and ensuring trip safety.
• Trip and Transaction Information: Your completed order records, trip times, routes, payment amounts, and passenger ratings.
• App Usage Information: Your device model, operating system, IP address, and App operation logs for service optimization and troubleshooting.

3. Purpose of Information Use

We commit to using your information only for the following specific purposes:

A. Legal Driver Qualification Verification (Primary Purpose)

• Use the ID, driver's license, police certificate, no-accident record, and other documents you provide for internal review and (when necessary) submission to competent authorities to verify your legality and compliance as a charter service driver in Taiwan.

B. Transfer Payments to Drivers (Primary Purpose)

• Use your provided payment account information to regularly settle and transfer your earned fares to you.
• Prepare and send accounting reports or annual withholding certificates.

C. Operations and Order Dispatch

• Based on your real-time location, dispatch the most suitable passenger orders to you.
• Display your name, vehicle information (vehicle type, license plate), and estimated arrival time to passengers.

D. Safety and Customer Service

• Monitor location during trips to ensure driver and passenger safety.
• Handle passenger complaints or trip disputes.
• Respond to your customer service requests.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We employ the highest level of protection for your sensitive data (especially identity documents) and only share when necessary:

• Shared with Passengers: After you accept an order, passengers will be able to see your name (or nickname), driver photo, vehicle model, and license plate number so passengers can identify and board with confidence. Your phone number will be masked, and passengers can only contact you through the App's built-in communication features.
• Competent Authority Requirements: In accordance with Taiwan law or lawful requests from transportation authorities (such as the Ministry of Transportation, Motor Vehicle Offices), we may need to provide your identity and operational data for inspection.
• Accounting Processing: Your payment account information will only be shared with financial institutions (banks) executing transfer operations.

5. Data Security and Storage

We understand the sensitivity of driver identity documents.

A. Access Restrictions

All identity verification documents you provide (ID, driver's license, police certificate, etc.) will be stored on highly secure servers (such as Firebase Storage / Supabase Storage) with strict access controls. Only authorized operational review personnel can access them when necessary (such as initial review or annual re-examination).

B. Encryption Protection

All data is protected using SSL and server-side encryption technology during transmission and storage.

6. Your Rights

• Access and Modification: You can log into the App at any time to view your personal profile, payment account, and vehicle information, and request correction of incorrect data.
• Account Deletion (End Cooperation): When you decide to no longer cooperate with the Platform, you can request deletion of your account through the App's "Profile" → "Bottom" → "Delete Account" feature. According to regulations, we may need to retain some of your transaction and identity data for a specific period (such as accounting or tax requirements) for inspection, and will delete it after the period expires.

7. Privacy Policy Changes

We may revise this policy at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via App push notifications or the email address you registered.
