1. 我們的承諾
BattleFighter（以下稱「本應用程式」）嚴禁任何形式的兒少性虐待及剝削（CSAE），包含兒少性虐待內容（CSAM）。我們對此採取零容忍政策，並致力於維護所有使用者，特別是未成年人的安全。
2. 禁止的內容與行為
本應用程式明文禁止下列內容與行為，違者將立即移除內容並停權，必要時移送主管機關：
- 製作、上傳、散布、宣傳或持有任何兒少性虐待內容（CSAM）。
- 對未成年人進行性誘拐（grooming）、性勒索、媒合或任何形式的性剝削。
- 將未成年人性化（sexualization）的文字、圖像或其他內容。
- 任何危害兒少安全的聯繫、引誘或騷擾行為。
3. 檢舉機制
本應用程式內建檢舉功能。使用者可於任何貼文、留言或使用者個人檔案，透過「檢舉」按鈕回報疑似兒少安全的內容或行為。檢舉會送交審核團隊處理。使用者亦可直接以電子郵件聯絡下方的兒少安全聯絡窗口。
4. 我們的處理流程
- 收到檢舉後，審核團隊會儘速評估並移除違規內容、停用相關帳號。
- 對於疑似 CSAM 的內容，我們會依法保存必要證據並通報主管機關。
- 我們會向相關國家／地區的兒少保護主管機關，以及（在適用情況下）美國國家失蹤與受虐兒童中心（NCMEC）等機構提出檢舉。
5. 遵守法律
本應用程式遵守所有適用的兒童安全相關法律，並會配合地方與國家主管機關，依法檢舉並處理違規行為。

1. 私たちの約束
BattleFighter（以下「本アプリ」）は、児童の性的虐待および搾取（CSAE）、児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）を含むあらゆる形態を固く禁じます。当社はゼロトレランス方針を採用し、すべての利用者、特に未成年者の安全保護に努めます。
2. 禁止されるコンテンツおよび行為
本アプリは以下のコンテンツおよび行為を明確に禁止します。違反した場合、直ちにコンテンツを削除しアカウントを停止し、必要に応じて当局へ通報します：
- 児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）の作成、アップロード、配布、宣伝、所持。
- 未成年者に対するグルーミング、性的脅迫（sextortion）、人身取引、その他あらゆる性的搾取。
- 未成年者を性的対象化するテキスト、画像、その他のコンテンツ。
- 児童の安全を脅かす接触、勧誘、嫌がらせ行為。
3. 通報の仕組み
本アプリには通報機能が組み込まれています。利用者は、各投稿・コメント・ユーザープロフィールの「通報」ボタンから、児童の安全に関わる疑わしいコンテンツや行為を報告できます。通報は審査チームに送られ対応されます。また、下記の児童安全担当窓口へ直接メールで連絡することもできます。
4. 通報への対応
- 通報を受領後、審査チームは速やかに評価し、違反コンテンツを削除し、関連アカウントを停止します。
- CSAM の疑いがあるコンテンツについては、法令に基づき必要な証拠を保全し、当局へ通報します。
- 該当する国・地域の児童保護当局、および（適用される場合）全米行方不明・被搾取児童センター（NCMEC）などの機関へ通報します。
5. 法令の遵守
本アプリは、適用されるすべての児童安全関連法令を遵守し、地方および国の当局と協力して、法令に従い違反を通報・対処します。

Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment
BattleFighter (the “App”) strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and are committed to the safety of all users, especially minors.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The App expressly prohibits the following. Violations result in immediate content removal, account termination, and, where required, referral to authorities:
- Creating, uploading, distributing, promoting, or possessing any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual exploitation of minors.
- Content that sexualizes minors, in text, images, or any other form.
- Any contact, solicitation, or harassment that endangers the safety of minors.
3. Reporting Mechanism
The App provides an in-app reporting feature. Users can report suspected child-safety content or behavior on any post, comment, or user profile via the “Report” button. Reports are routed to our moderation team. Users may also contact the child-safety point of contact below directly by email.
4. How We Handle Reports
- Upon receiving a report, our moderation team promptly reviews it, removes violating content, and disables the relevant accounts.
- For suspected CSAM, we preserve necessary evidence as required by law and notify the relevant authorities.
- We report to the appropriate child-protection authorities in the relevant country/region and, where applicable, to organizations such as the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
5. Legal Compliance
The App complies with all applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with local and national authorities to report and address violations as required by law.
